Article 5. General Assembly Meetings

Section 5-1. Regular Meetings

5-1.1 Meeting frequency
The General Assembly shall meet at least twice a year. Date and location for next meeting shall be determined by the close of each meeting.

The Co-coordinators of the Coordinating Committee have sent out a soliciation to the County Green contacts seeking potential hosts for future General Assemblies. Based upon responses to that solicitation, a proposal(s) will be put before the General Assembly as part of this agenda item.
