i've set up the GreenFocus subscription form to use our online donations
capability. each donation that's meant for a subscription will have a tag called
DESCRIPTION which will say "GreenFocus Subscription" and the amount will be $35,
$25 or $15. karine is not currently getting any confirmation emails, so she'll
be relying on you for the subscription list (unless we can figure out a better
way).
