Hi Mike,

I guess you received the call for submissions we are sending out for the
GPCA newspaper as well as the message by Kendra about how the subscription
form is set up. I was wondering whether we could set up a methodology for
the subscriptions.

I will be keeping track and fulfilling all Green Focus subscriptions but
apparently, Kendra couldn't set it up so that I get notification of each
subscription that comes in. So, could you make sure to forward each
subscription message to me once they arrive?

As for the money, it gets automatically deposited into the GPCA account so
that's ok, but how do we do the budget? Do you need me to do a preliminary
budget before we begin the whole thing or is it enough to do a budget by
publication cycle once we have some concrete amounts to look at (so at the
end of January 2003 would be the next cycle for us)? Please let me know how
you would like to do this?
