PRINTING AND TIMING: I think the cost of two printing setups would be more than the cost of getting the newspapers from one end of the state to the other. I think the Alonzo/Ronnie Smoot quote was pretty good (25,000 for $1600; 20,000 for $1500) if you have time to get another quote that would be fine. Ronnie  said that turnaround time, assuming someone goes to the printer to check out the blueline, would be 7 working days. August 17/18 is sure coming up fast, isn't it.....Yikes.

TITLE:As to the title, you are so great at gathering titles. I think we should change it every issue. Actually, I think a contest and or instant runoff election on the title would be a good thing to do in the first issue. 
LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: When we talked, did I mention having a letters to the editor section, once we get rolling. It makes for great diversity and participation (reserving the right to edit for space.) I haven't read all three submissions yet, but at one or two could be "letters to the editor" for the next issue.
