PROPOSAL: Replace current section 12.4 with the following text:
ARTICLE 12 - REPRESENTATION UPON THE GPCA COORDINATING COMMITTEE
...
12.4 Regional Representatives to the Green Party of California Coordinating
Committee (Regional Reps) shall be chosen at the annual Regional Gathering
of Greens in Los Angeles County using proportional representation,
single-transferable vote with a Droop threshold (this method is sometimes
called Choice Voting), as described by the GPCA state By-Laws. The Regional
Reps and their Alternates shall be elected on one ballot.
