CHRIS MALAN
coordinated the first Napa County Perinatal Substance Abuse Project; has 15
years as a counselor for Napa County Mental Health in the Crisis Unit; member
of Critical Incident Stress Management team organized for quick response to
disaster and accident situations for Napa and Solano Counties. These
valuable skills make her qualified to work with a variety of social issues
affecting our communities.
CHRIS MALAN
helped write our nations first --LIVING RIVER-- flood management ordinance and
campaigned for a 2/3 vote of the people to insure flood protection. She was
the campaign manager for a successful anti sprawl initiative (W & X). This
initiative received overwhelming support by Napa County residents.

is a founding member of Get A Grip On Growth which led the campaign to defeat
Stanly Ranch.
