7) Decision:  Revise bylaws interpretation to extend deadline to apply to be PNC delegate (Everette) 

Proposal (Everette): That the Coordinating Committee approve the following Bylaws Inpretation: 

Based upon the late notice published to GPCA members, extend the deadline to apply to be a GPCA delegate to the GPUS 2016 Presidential National Convention from May 8 to May 22, and that this interpretation be affirmed at the San Francisco General Assembly, May 14-15

8) Decision: Coordinating Committee sponsorship of Strategic Planning Workshop for San Francisco Gathering (twenty minutes)

Proposal (Feinstein): That the strategic planning session be between 3pm and 4:45pm, with a focus on responding to the Sanders campaign (presented by Ashley, Rubin), retaining membership, communications and IT strategies, responding to Top Two primary and other strategies; and that the internal organizing session be between 5pm and 6pm and look at internal operations of the party

Amendment (Brooks) accepted by sponsor: That the option to divide into breakout sessions during this time period be provided and included on the written agenda

Proposal (Feinstein): That the proposal as amended be approved

9) Discussion: Regaining GPCA members after California primary/Review of draft email from IT Committee (Laidman, Feinstein) to be heard with #8 

Feinstein and Laidman presented the draft letter and received feedback from Coordinating Committee members.


10) Decision: Revise Draft Agenda for San Francisco General Assembly (State Meeting Planning Committee) (fifteen minutes)

The Coordinating Committee discussed meeting logistics and deferred decisions about faciliatators to the Coordinating Commitee's May 13, pre-GA meeting
 

12) Discussion: Treasurer's Report, (Barnett), Update on GPCA Finances and Financial Reports (Barnett, Laidman) 

Barnett made a report in his role as GPCA Treasurer and Laidman in his role as Finance Committee co-coordinator.


13) Discussion: Review of upcoming SGA items (Feinstein, Laidman) 

Feinstein and Laidman presented the following items

• ID 86 - Election: GPUS Delegation, 12 delegates, July 2016 - June 2018
• ID 87 - Election: GPUS Delegation, 13 alternates, July 2016 - June 2018
• ID 88 - Election: Coordinating Committee, six female seats, July 2016 - June 2018
• ID 89 - Election: Coordinating Committee, six male seats, July 2016 - June 2018
• ID 90 - Bylaws amendment: Coordinating Committee election eligibility
• ID 91 - Bylaws amendment: Closed ballots for internal party elections
• ID 92 - Bylaws amendment: Closed ballots for candidate endorsements
 

14) Discussion: GPUS donor list request (Everette)

Everette presented request from GPUS for the GPCA donor list and discussion centered around postponing consideration of any action until the GPCA updates its data base after the June primary.
