  4:30pm Decision: County Polling follow-up; that the votes of the counties that already voted are counted in full. That the first option would be that there be a report of the count of the county polling, a decision would sought of the GA to approve the prevailing tendency from that report. If such a decision does not pass, then there would be a vote on a one time, 80% approval suspension of the bylaws, to allow the counties that are in attendance are able to cast their full complement as they would have had, via county polling and that if there is time before 6pm, that it be used to introduce the Standing General Assembly proposal.  
  4:50pm Proposal: Amend GPCA Elections Code (Coordinating Committee)
  5:50pm Introduce Standing Green Assembly agenda item from Sunday's agenda if time before 5:50, then also hear: Presentation: Update on Legal Cases against Proposition 14/SB6 (Coordinating Committee)  - Michael Rubin; and Presentation: Update on State Laws affecting GPCA ballot status (Coordinating Committee) - Mike Feinstein. Then Announcements
  6:00pm Dinner on your own (host committee providing recommendations), GPUS Delegation meeting during dinner
  7:30pm Green Party 2012 presidential candidate forum: Roseanne Barr, Kent Mesplay and Jill Stein
