The General Assembly is the primary decision-making body of the Green Party of California and consists of delegates from each active county organization.

The spring General Assembly is traditionally the meeting at which the party's annual budget is approved.  

The agenda will also include discussion of 2014 election strategy, as well as a Greens in Government panel, including California's highest elected Green Gayle Mclaughin, the Mayor of the city of Richmond in Contra Costa County.
